Make time to relax.
Life can be so busy and hectic but it's really important to make time for yourself and give yourself a break. This does not have to be over the top but it needs to be done. Something like taking a walk, journaling, or meeting a friend for a coffee break. You have no idea what a difference this will make until you try it! I love drinking tea, I try to take some time either in the morning or at night to unwind with a warm cup of tea. I also like to read and listen to audiobooks casually. Outside of work and all, there is a thing called life and living it! :)
Remember if you are healthy and alive then life is good!
